What can I use water for?

What can I use water for? My water bank is full and I feel like I am being inefficient.

Water is mainly needed for the food truck (same as food) although its also used for some other tasks. It is not used as much as food or some other resources though so you do tend to end up storing more of it. Increase your storage and sell what you can when the helicopter comes.
