Have a question if I have bought an account with email and changed email password and added two step verification and added a pin to my last shelter account, how is to person still able to log on to server? My account glitches and also logs me off saying log into another server but allows me back in when I put pin in..

They may have not removed the account from their device... or they used another way to log in like face book, Google play account, Apple ID or Game centre account.
You may want to ask the person you bought it from to to remove that account
