I've been playing for a couple of weeks on my PC using Blue Stacks without too many problems, other than understanding certain aspects of the game and recently joined an alliance who are being patient and understanding with most of my questions but then I thought I'll install it on my tablet so I can play when I'm not on the computer but there isn't a way to link them, with most of my games it's via a FB login but is it not possible here?

Bind your game in blue stacks FB bind

Bind on a Google account. Then log in that account before you start the game on thablet, it should be the same level/ressouces as the one you played on BlueStacks
