When is doomsday mission I HAVE had to pay 2000 diamond to teleport back and forth from my state to my understanding the first teleport to and back to your home state was free?

The way it seems to work is that during wars if your alliance places a rally point in the other state then you can teleport near it (have to be quite close) for free. If you do this then you should also be able to teleport home for free as well. If you choose to teleport during the war to a location that is not covered by a rally point then it will cost you and also cost you again when you return home. It seems to get confusing if you teleport to different locations during the war.

Always access the free teleport through the doomsday duel menu. Just jumping to other state through chat location posts or map searches will often bypass the dd programming.
