Is it worth getting the Solar Power Plant?

The solar power plant is very useful for keeping your power up but the Arms supply package that provides it needs to be renewed every month to keep the plant working. You will need to decide if you want to keep paying for this benefit. It is not too difficult to keep fueling the normal power plants if you play regularly.
