Does last shelter only supports ipv6 network bcoz I'm not able to start my game?

The protocol of your connection will not matter. As long as you have a good connection to the game server. There is occasionally server maintenance or outages that can affect his and of course the strength of your own connection. If you continue to have problems running the game then it may also be an issue with the game running on your device.
