Can alliance leaders uproot their members to other areas of the map?

Any base can move but they will probably have to move on their own. Its possible the alliance leader moved and sent teleport invites to others, if they had not already used one in the past.

Check your map to see where the leader is now and see if the other members have moved to the same spot. Ask in Chat why everyone moved.

The other possibility is that an enemy came and attacked them all. If they were zeroed then they would all teleport randomly to new locations.
