Am I going to get the same level of honor buildings I have when I join another alliance ?

You will have the same honor buildings available to you. Depending on your doomsday event and the alliance though you may not be able to place them all.

Do you mean in regular DD or Eden...If DD you're current level moves with you so if for example during a dd season you've researched lvl 7 virus center when you join a new alliance you will still be able to place your lvl 7 virus center. The same for eden the difference is your contribution points start at zero again for new guild. Point to note if you however return to old guild it will start from where it was when you left it.
