Why am I not able to build my Iron Warehouse 3? It said territory mass 2x2, so I went around the base and bought every plot around it. I spent about 16m to do that. It will still not let me build my Iron Warehouse 3. Do I need to upgrade my houses to gain more population?

Territory mass 2x2 just means that you need a space of 2x2 blocks to place it. It is the same size as all the other warehouse buildings. Warehouse 3 though will also require some money to build. I believe it is around 4M. This money will need to be available in the total at the top of the screen before it will let you place it.
