Is there a way to relocate to another place during DoomsDay, in order to get higher Level forests etc. ?

Yes, there is. You need to occupy 4 plots, square that's. After that, you have to build a structure (forgotten the name, sorry) for 2 hours fixed. Once that's finished, you can teleport to that plots. I figured that by myself
