It does not show the battle report while I attack some one and I'm in game, thus I have to restart..

It does not show the battle report while I attack some one and I'm in game, thus I have to restart in order to see that report and when I rally against something it shows it after hours in alliance chat please help?

Try resetting your cache, in settings, then options.
