Has anyone else had a 3 day shield drop after entering Eden due to activity in eden?

Has anyone else had a 3 day shield drop after entering Eden due to activity in eden? I used a 3 day shield last night for KE. It dropped my 3 day shield and I was attacked. Is this a glitch? Or is there something you do in Eden that causes your regular shield to drop?
