What is the free development in clash zone?

Free development days in clash of zones are days when you can pick which type of event to work on. These days are Sundays during normal competition weeks and both Saturday and Sunday during warm up weeks (no kill events).

During the days before a free development day you can go to the clash of zones event and on the Overview tab tap on the small ? symbol to the right (it will be sparkling if you haven't yet chosen). You will then be able to 'View' your choices for the free development day.

If you do not pick before the day starts then it will default to kill event on normal weeks and research on warm up weeks.
