When you use gold hero ticket is never sure you can obtain gold hero. Is a lottery, you have an % to find gold, but not 100%.
If you have new 10x method you have 100% to find at least one orange or gold,

Not 100% orange hero, its 100% to get orange or purple hero 0 0 REPORT
For seasonal heroes, it depends on luck meter, when its full u will get 100% seasonal hero
