How to change the message of alliance?

You can do this is you are R4/5 for the alliance. Go to the alliance menu and select the Manage Tab at the top. Then from there go to the 'Alliance settings'. The message shown on the alliance screen is the 'Alliance Slogan'

It won’t let me do this. It keeps saying I have “special characters” but I don’t. I even tried to change it to test. It did not work
