How do I get refund from purchases on my account that I didn't authorize nor even play the game?

If you don't play this game but are being charged for items then someone has accessed your account. Probably best to get in touch with your app store (google play / itunes) to trace the fraudulent transactions and report them. They should be able to deal with this and hopefully refund you. If not check with your bank / card company.
