I have a bound account but it disappeared off my menu to switch to and now it’s telling me that account..

I have a bound account but it disappeared off my menu to switch to and now it’s telling me that account isn’t bound.. I need to recover that account, any idea how to do that?

The same thing happened to me last year. I tried everything even ended up looking up the company on google and emailing them. Go no response! I walked away and forgot all about it. Decided to start a new game and I see that my old user name is still taken.

You can try contacting them but I’m pretty sure you not gonna get anywhere. Sorry
