Buying heros with tokens, how can you tell how many you have compared to how many left you need to purchase the hero?

Go to the Hero menu and tap on the 'Fragments' tab at the top. This will show you all the fragments of heroes that you have and the totals that you need to reach.

In general Combat heroes require 200 for orange and 150 for purple.

Production heroes require 150 for both.
