Let's take an example wherein I sent the annex request and I'm the leader of my alliance. In this case if the other alliance accepts, who will be the leader?

The annexed alliance will close and all members of that alliance will move to the succeeding alliance. The structure / positions of the succeeding alliance members will remain and their leader will still be in control unless they change it.
