How to move to a new state using newbie tele?

Newbie teleports allow you to change state (permanently) before you reach level 6. to do this simply go to the world map and find a state that you want to move to. When there tap anywhere in the map and select the change state option. You will be placed randomly in the new state and it will now be your home state.
