What will happen if I transfer to a different alliance in the middle of doomsday?

You will have to start over with your alliance intel points. They are not carried over to your new alliance. But if you can take level 12 tiles, you should be fine. You can get the required 10K points in less than a week if you actively abandon band retake tiles
