What is the difference between destruction power and combat power?

Your combat power is important for all battles. It will determine how strong you are against enemies when fighting. The destruction power is the level of durability that you will take away from enemy structures when you attack them (and win). This takes effect when you are attacking enemy cities, Doomsday structures or taking enemy plots in doomsday events.
