I got attacked 4 times -330,-252,-202,-330 total of -1114, my durability is 1150. I got online and shielded before I got zero'd. I even managed to get in my base for 5 minutes then a messaged popped up saying I was beging randomly transported because my durability was 0. Was that a bug or no?

You're base has burning damage it takes over the duration of 30 minutes. I think it's 5% or something of you total base health, so at 1150 that about 58 damage you took while burning. You can get zeroed if you are to close to death during this time
