I have a farm account that I want to sell to another player, I haven't bind it to any email or im30 id, how to handover it to other player without using creating any im30 id or without using my email id? That is directly to the buyer.

You will need to bind it to be able to transfer it to another device so get a generic email address or one that the person you are moving it to controls then bind it with that email address and set a password. Then the other person can log in and take over the game.
