A player in State 911 has used the game to sexually harass a female player. This has become serious. Repeated reports to system admin have not received a response. Matters have reached the point of it being borderline criminal behaviour. How do we get a response from anyone?

If the game devs aren't helping then you can try checking with your app store to see if there is a way to report this. I don't know if they will help but they might be able to get the developers attention.
