I purchase a hotpackage but didn't get anything.
How can I get in touch with The company?
First check your app store account to make sure the purchase went though. Then check the in game mail to see if you received a mail from the game confirming the purchase (you should get one) If you did then this will also tell you want to do if you have a problem with the items.
If not then you can use the support option in the Settings menu to contact the developers.
