Durability usage of my apc's increased. From 5-10 to 20 per each attack. Why?

The durability usage will depend on the activity you are doing. Attacking zombies / gathering takes 10, attacking the boss monsters (wendell for example) takes 20. Some sieges take 5 but attacking gathers takes 20. Other attack types can take 10 or 20 depending on the situation.
