Unfortunately we do not control the game or accounts.

For logging in though check that you are using a proper email address and also check the case. The game sees Name@address as different from name@address so you may need to just check that you haven't got a wrong capital letter in there.

To recover your game you need to ask the developers or in game support. There is a support option in the settings menu to send them a message, or under 'Account' you can find an option to retrieve lost account that will let you send them your details.
