Why is it that I can’t load up the game unless I buy one of your packages?

This is just a help site but I would imagine that you are seeing the ad that often appears when you open the game to show case one the games current offer packages. This is just to catch your attention and there should be a close button (X) in the top right (normally). This closes the ad and you can return to the game. You don't need to buy anything to play this game.

If you are not seeing the option to close this screen at all then there is a bug with your game. You may need to reinstall (although only do this if you have bound your game so you don;t lose progress). If you keep having the problem please report it to the game developers for them to look at.
