My saved food is 2 mil and depo 360k while troop food consumption is -7k ..is that good or bad?

BAD!

Get all your buildings out of the roads by clicking on remove roads when you are not playing. Your will see your population and everything go down. Just add roads back when you are planning to play. You will save electricity like crazy and food!
