Can I unbind from Facebook and bind it to another account?

You can bind to a different account (other than facebook) as well as the facebook binding. I don't think you can unbind from facebook in the game, but you may be able to remove the link from within your facebook account. This may do what you want.

For confirmation it may be better to check with the game developers. Check the support page for their best contact details.
