When I go support->contact us->game error->other error->click here to fill out form-> it show the message..

When I go support->contact us->game error->other error->click here to fill out form-> it show the message that “You have ticket remains unrated, please rate the ticket then submit form again. Tips: to get to rating page, please exist current page then clip “contact us” on the upper right corner” But I can’t find it.. May I know where is the icon is???

It's in the upper right corner of the screen showing with a red Dot on it. When u open the support page just check ur upper right corner.
