My honor structures seem to not be available to build. I built them in last season of dd... looking for suggestions as to why they aren’t available?

Which honor structures are you not able to build? You may need to build them in a certain order. Try building the Virus research 1 building or the Production center 1 first. If you are trying to build the fortress buildings above 1 then you will need to set your specialty points to allow this before you can place them. You can then reset the points again after they are placed.

I have the same issue, on 8 farms I cannot place hnour buildings, option is not there under "build" - yet on my other 8 farms there is no problem..... really don't understand 0 0 REPORT
