My troops who are not stationed in barracks when my city being attack they get wounded, how to avoid that?

You cannot avoid it. There will always be a number lost. You can improve your strength with better troops / more troops and upgrade the tower to add to your defense which will help you lose less. But you cannot eliminate the loses altogether.
