Do you mean that when you open the game it is someone elses game that appears? Or a new game that is starting from the beginning?

If it s anew game then it may be that your game has been logged out and it thinks you are starting a new one. You will have to go to the account menu under settings and log back into your original game (if you bound it) or try the retrieve lost game option if you did not.

If you are seeing someone else's game that you haven't logged into before then something is very wrong. You can do as above and try to log back into your own game. OR report the issue to the game developers to fix. Check the support page for the contact options.

Did you use the same email address to bind both games? You can only bind 1 game to each email address so you may have overwritten it. You can use the same email address twice if you change the capitilization. (use different capital letter in each) its possible that the other game can be logged into with the same address but with a capital letter somewhere? Did you perhaps use a capital letter at the start for the other game?
