While playing last shelter game once its open it always asks for reward authentication quiz. Where player need to solve the puzzle but it is not working due to this cant move further to play.

This must be a glitch with your game. It may need updating or possibly a problem running on your device type.

You will need to report this to the game developers to get them to look into it. As you cannot get into the game to use the contact option then check the support page in the guide for the other contact options.

I have the same problem. I reinstalled it but its still bugged. This is quite frustrating
