When I use my specialty point reset do I keep any of the previous things I unlocked?

When I use my specialty point reset do I keep any of the previous things I unlocked? (assault buildings, honor point booster, processing plants )

Once the additional fortress buildings are unlocked and placed around the alliance centers you can reset the points and they will remain. However other skills that you unlock like points boosts and the additional processing queues will stop if you reset the points somewhere else.

once unlocking the extra buildings what is the best direction to use the remaining specialty points
