Stave V State or the clash of zones is an ongoing event that lasts 4 weeks and then has a 1 week break where there are still events on most days but no killing event and no direct competition with anther state. It is called the warm up week. The clash of zones will then repeat over and over.
Other events like Doomsday Conquest will happen as well over time.
