Can I manage in dd with one processing queue?

If you aren't able to reset then you will have to manage. You will find it difficult to make a lot of progress but you will get somewhere. Build as many processing centers as you can (up to 4) and then produce the materials to upgrade them until you are processing faster than you can harvest from your plots. Then work on upgrading the virus research buildings to let you take higher plots.
