You can't. Only r4 can remove r5 if r5 is absent for too long

Auch R3 können das. Wenn längere Zeit der R5 Offline ist, wir bei den R3, mehrfach am Tag, die Nachricht gesendet, Das man die Allianz übernehmen kann. Bei den R4 wir diese Nachricht nicht gesendet. Ein R4 kann aber auch, wenn der R5 Online ist, diesen Entmachten. 0 0 REPORT

R3 can do that too. If the R5 is offline for a long time, the R3 sends the message several times a day that the alliance can be taken over. This message is not sent with the R4. However, an R4 can also disempower them when the R5 is online.
