How many stones are needed to build each level of alliance centers during doomsday?

To build them you need:

AC1: 1,000 Stone

AC2: 200,000 Stone

AC3: 400,000 Stone

AC4: 800,000 Stone

This is just for building each.

If demolished and build again, is it need the same amount of stones?
