"cannot locate member location"?
When I go into alliance Intel choose a member of the alliance tap on pin icon the message "cannot locate member location" is displayed on screen, I then proceed to try find their pin on world map but can not see them anywhere.
I am R4 so I should be able to see all my alliance members locations.
Why is this message displayed and I can't find alliance member?
Check their status. If they have not been online for 2 weeks then their base will disappear from the world. It will stay hidden until they log in again.
If this is not the case then it may be a game glitch. You would have to contact the game support to see if they can explain or fix it.
