When does immigration start for state #853 and #839?

How do you find out when state 126 opened?

Immigration opens for a state 21 weeks after it is first created. Although with restrictions depending on events. There isn't a way to know the age of state but if you have been in it from the start and not moved state then it will be once you have been playing for 21 weeks.
