Complete the daily NIAN quests (3 a day, 15 in total)

Then click Nian to receive a bonus item (a bell)

Then go to school of architecture and trade bell for NIAN statue

Then go to build icon bottom right and click landscape it should be in there

I have completed the nian quest and clicked nian but didn’t received any bell nor it shows on architecture
