How do you make your own alliance?

You need to go to the alliance menu (in the expanded menu on the bottom right). If you are not in an alliance then you will see a screen with alliances to join or search for. There is also a button to create an alliance. (you only see this if you are not in an alliance. If you are then you must leave it first.)

I'm trying to create an alliance but once the alliance name is entered that is fine, but whenever I try to enter the abbreviation for the alliance it always says "occupied" and doesn't allow me to create an alliance. I have tried many alternate abbreviations but it always comes back as "occupied". 2 0 REPORT
