Why wisdom medals suddenly disappear after recruiting a hero?

The game should not use any wisdom medals when recruiting. They are used only when unlocking and upgrading the skills for the heroes. Recruiting will use the recruitment tickets.
If you are sure you are losing wisdom medals without using them then you should report that to the game support/developers to investigate as it may be a bug. Please check the support page in the guide for the contact details to let them know.

it's been happening since last year.. and maybe you're not a player because you don't understand the question.. example you have 1200 wisdom medals already in your possesion in your inventory. waiting for hero dev event to use it. then you click the recruit hero using the blue ticket, got 5 wisdom medals. so what happened? all those 1200 wisdom was f gone and replaced by only f 5 wisdom! wisdom medals don't stack? its not a bug its a f scam! 0 0 REPORT

Yes! It's a new scam by devs... the funny thing is you split all your heroes and you've save 1000 wisdom medals, but you're still need 5 more so you tried to recruit even a green hero and we you click, unfortunately you've got 1 f wisdom medal. and those 1k wisdom medals are f gone! Add your answer
