My troops dies when I combat other players and no one goes to hospital. Instead, if I attack zombies, they go to the hospital. I believe it is technology not enough developed. Which area of technology should I have to develop to make them stronger? The APC tech or the soldier tech?

If you are not a raider and you attack someone, your troops get killed rather than wounded. If you are the defender, rather than the attacker, your troops are wounded. Raiders troops get wounded until there is no hospital space. Wounded over hospitals capacity are killed

Don't attack if you are a farmer class unless you have troops you don't mind losing
