How do you share rss between bases?

The only way to share / send resources is to be a Trader class which lets you send resources to other member of your alliance. And this is limited in how much you can send. You can of course attack other bases and take resources by agreement. Many players set up secondary farm bases to grow resources for themselves and attack to collect it.
