Hi! I have 2 accounts that are bound but they are not there on menu to switch?

Possibly the details have not been saved, you may need to allow the game to access your storage for that. You should still be able to use the switch account option to log in with the details again.

If you have any trouble with accessing a bound account please use the retrieve account option on check the support page to find ways to contact the game support to get help recovering them.
