Can you explain more what you mean. Do you mean Land development in Doomsday to increase the level of the occupied tiles, or are you looking for higher level tiles to gather from?

Me too, I'm stuck with gathering tiles of level 8 in my alliance, and it doesn't make any sense. My apcs gather more than the resource plots allow

Yes, I have the same question.. It's higher level tiles level to gather from.... How to increase that ? Mine stuck at level 5.. -_-.
